Eligibility

Each person may hold only one mospely account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If mospely detects multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by name, address, payment method, device or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

  • You must use your own payment methods. Accounts funded by third-party payment methods may be suspended.
  • Mospely accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to use your mospely account.
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential. Mospely is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

Deposits and Payments

All deposits on mospely are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Mospely supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, VISA and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your mospely account instantly in most cases.

Mospely does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside mospely's control. You are responsible for checking your payment provider's fee schedule before making a deposit on mospely.

  • Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the mospely deposit page.
  • Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted on mospely.
  • Mospely reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact the mospely support team immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your mospely account within seconds. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact the mospely support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your mospely account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Mospely processes withdrawal requests within minutes for bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Card withdrawals may take longer depending on your card issuer.

Before your first withdrawal, mospely may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Bonuses and Promotions
